CACCOMA was created on January 15, 2016. It was born from a desire to federate several cooperatives, in order to organize production support through exchanges of good practices and actions aimed at structuring the development efficiently of the different member entities.
The numerous efforts and actions carried out by the cooperative on the “terroir” of Abricots in Grand’Anse have made it possible to obtain organic certification, issued by Ecocert to several producers. The creation of the cooperative makes it possible to obtain an export permit for the direct marketing of the productions.
