d\u2019anciens stagiaires de la formation agro foresterie de l\u2019ASSOFWI ; de nouveaux producteurs qui se lancent dans la culture du cacao ; de futurs producteurs qui souhaitent s\u2019installer en cacao ainsi qu\u2019en caf\u00e9 et\/ou vanille ; des producteurs de bananes potentiellement int\u00e9ress\u00e9s pour diversifier leur culture en cacao ; de grosses structures productrices produisant du cacao en association avec du caf\u00e9 et de la vanille ; Comment construire cette qualit\u00e9 ? Celle-ci peut \u00eatre construite autour de bon nombre de caract\u00e9ristiques pouvant \u00eatre valoris\u00e9s, \u00e0 commencer par la qualit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que du cacao et de ses produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s ; l\u2019origine g\u00e9ographique du produit, avec le terroir auquel il appartient et l\u2019histoire dans lequel il s\u2019inscrit ; la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de cacao utilis\u00e9e ; ou encore les pratiques culturales employ\u00e9es telles que l\u2019agro\u00e9cologie, l\u2019agroforesterie, ou bien l\u2019agriculture biologique.<\/p>\n<p>Les formations mises en place dans le cadre du projet RECAVACA t\u00e9moignent de l\u2019exigence d\u2019\u00e9laborer un produit de qualit\u00e9, avec notamment la formation sur les traitements post-r\u00e9coltes, dont la maitrise est essentielle pour d\u00e9velopper un cacao fin et aromatique. Plusieurs formes sont possibles. Le cacao guadeloup\u00e9en peut s&rsquo;ins\u00e9rer dans un label de qualit\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant, reconnu et valorisable par les futurs acheteurs. Cela peut \u00eatre une IGP (l\u2019Indication g\u00e9ographique prot\u00e9g\u00e9) 1 , qui permettrait de valoriser l\u2019origine et le terroir des produits. Celle-ci pourrait \u00eatre d\u00e9finie sur les f\u00e8ves ferment\u00e9es et s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, ou bien sur la p\u00e2te de cacao obtenue apr\u00e8s transformation. La sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sence de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 criollo sur le territoire pourrait \u00eatre mise en avant.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, la coop\u00e9rative instaur\u00e9e pourrait se faire certifier en AB afin d\u2019ajouter un signe de qualit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire et de ce fait une plus-value encore sup\u00e9rieure. Afin de valoriser le cacao localement, une marque collective pourrait aussi \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sur les produits cacaot\u00e9s transform\u00e9s. Cette marque permettrait de diff\u00e9rencier les produits cacaot\u00e9s d\u2019origine 100% Guadeloupe (produits et transform\u00e9s sur place) des autres produits d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents sur le march\u00e9 mais issus de l\u2019exportation. L\u2019ensemble des producteurs adh\u00e9rents \u00e0 une future coop\u00e9rative pourront ainsi utiliser cette marque sur leur produit, et apporter un gage de confiance aux clients.<\/p>\n<p>Des pistes sur lesquelles il conviendrait de s\u2019appuyer afin de poursuivre la dynamique et renforcer la synergie des diff\u00e9rents acteurs dans la construction de la fili\u00e8re cacao de Guadeloupe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comment p\u00e9renniser la dynamique naissante des acteurs de la fili\u00e8re cacao dans la perspective d\u2019une valorisation ?
